Very insightful and inspirational

Really enjoyed this podcast. It definitely helped me to think of bodies (both mine and others) in a better way, to be less judgemental and to see beauty in different body shapes and sizes. It also helped me to consider food and fitness in a different way as well. Episode 5 with Gerry Hussey was particularly amazing - it made me sob as he spoke so beautifully and passionately about people hating themselves and how we need to learn to love ourselves, and everything he said really struck a chord. Overall this was a really educational, honest and positive podcast with interesting guests and questions and an ideal episode length. It has definitely helped me to improve some of my thought processes and habits in relation to body image and body positivity. Thanks Roz (and guests!) for being so vulnerable and sharing your stories and insights.
