Double Standards and Digging into Education
hello wonderful people! for this third episode, my girl Callie and I talked about everything ranging from developing insecurities in lower school, the stigma and pressure of middle school, and now noticing how the lack of and bias in education has impacted us in so many physical and mental ways. we also talk about how the double standards of media and society have affected us essentially forever, as well as just baring all. this episode is a bit longer than the previous two, but we had such an amazing conversation and I wanted to fit as much as I could in :) see you next time!

Martial Arts, Man Shoulders, and the Media
Hello friends :) In our second episode of Body Talk, we are joined by one of my best friends Kelsey as the two of us talk about our experiences in the male-dominated practice of martial arts, and the double standards we deal with. We also go a bit into the harmfulness of pointing out your insecurities to make your friends feel better -even if you have good intentions- and the media's impact on our self-perception. TRIGGER WARNING: we do discuss eating disorders/starving/anorexia a bit. See you next episode! xx

Boobs, Ballet and Body Neutrality
Hi beautiful people! In our first episode (!!!) of Body Talk, we are blessed by the presence of my good friend Trudy! We recall the moments we truly started gaining awareness of our bodies, as well as how that's influenced by the people around us, as well as our experiences with dance, fashion, and understanding the difference between body positivity and body neutrality. I hope you enjoy; it's a great lunchtime listen or for getting ready in the morning or homework after school, and stay tuned for the next episode! xx
