Bourcard chooses a drink perhaps inspired by his time in Ethiopia and also turns the tables on Will.

Interesting to hear the business aspects of beverages. Loved the “dead rabbit” episode

Very insightful and entertaining

At first, it’s hard to know where they were going with this but the focus on gaining knowledge from leaders in the industry is very insightful. Learning how a cocktail bar can be so system oriented from the inside when it appears to be so free flowing from outside is fascinating. Interesting podcast for insiders of the business and those that have no idea but enjoy a drink!!
