Re-using qualitative data (RQD) is a methodology rarely used in management sciences. This article raises the question of the status, legitimate nature, potential and limits of RQD in the area of management science. After having examined the place occupied by RQD within management science methodologies, we will proceed with marking its limits and identifying the variety of its forms. We will finally mention the epistemological issues raised before envisaging the conditions of use.
