We created this podcast based on the belief that everyone's feelings, experiences, and thoughts are valid. In sharing our personal stories on the journey towards growth, we hope that we can each feel less alone in all this uncertainty called life, no matter where we are. And, hopefully, Chewing Cud will be a place where we can all embrace our inner world

    #8. 22

    #8. 22

Sometimes haunted by the “What am I doing with my life?”, but another time, we get way too excited about unveiling ourselves and kicking off our firsts.

Not the first shiny cars, first cool jobs, or newly-furnished apartments, but better self-realization and many first-time experiences gained from our endeavors to step out of the comfort zone. Though 22 has left us as a scarred, wrecked version at some points, we are glad to have been able to adapt, recover and even create so many great things.

Say goodbye to the old us and let’s wrap up this crazy year with a quick list of 22’s realizations and resolutions for the year ahead!

#6. To all fellows who seek passion

#6. To all fellows who seek passion

Let’s touch up on one of the very popular questions back in high school or still, even in university "What are you passionate about? What do you dream to be?".

Why do so many people seek passion, but why is it so hard to find one true calling?

#5. Is emotional intimacy really that scary?

#5. Is emotional intimacy really that scary?

Have you always found it hard to share your vulnerabilities? Is it often impossible for you to open up to your family members about private topics?

In today's episode, we will explore in length the fear of emotional intimacy: what it is, where it comes from, and definitely some helpful remedies, not from a theoretical approach but rather a more private and sincere one with many of our own personal stories.

So settle down, and who knows, you might find yourself in our words and that you're not alone after all.

P/s: Please excuse us for our scratchy voices; the weather's been moody recently 😴

    #4. Maturity in our minds

    #4. Maturity in our minds

"Maturity is when small moments bring ecstasy into your life."
"Maturity is to be able to live alone and to bear loneliness."
Which one speaks the most exact about maturity?

At the age of 22, we can't help but sometimes wonder whether it's time to be mature. What exactly is maturity, and whether any of us can be considered mature already?

We bet we're not the only ones that are asking these questions. Settle down, we hope that our today's sharing can soothe your anxious hearts 🤍

#3. You are worthy. No ifs, ands or buts.

#3. You are worthy. No ifs, ands or buts.

Ever found yourself constantly worrying about the way you look, trying to please others, and questioning how people perceive you? Yes already?

Sometimes, we do feel that way, thinking that we are not enough and unhappy about ourselves. Self-blaming and not knowing our worth, we quickly get affected by others' opinions towards us. Let us tell you something: you're unique. No one, especially you, can disregard you.

Plus, you're special to be here because the stories we deliver today are super sincere and close to our hearts, sshhhhh! 😉
