Chris Sherlock tells us all about his life journey and his experiences with bullying The Endless Spiral Podcast

In this episode, I am joined by Chris Sherlock. Chris is a radio broadcaster and also an author who was involved with the book series called Mental Health for Millennials. Chris tells us about his experiences with bullying, suicidal thoughts, binge eating, and exercise. 
Chris has been very open about sharing his own story, in which he tells of how he fell victim to bullying during his first year at secondary school which caused him to leave school after suffering a series of panic attacks, which in turn led him to the brink of suicide at the age of just 14.
