What does it mean in a lot of people's lives? What does it do for us? Why is it one of the greatest things we have as a species? When people use the expression "music to my ears", it means good news. That expression works because most everyone will agree that music...is life. So let's coffee talk about it!

On this episode of Coffee Talk, Yoshi and I discuss what it's like having online friends vs. in real life friends in this technological age. The timing of this podcast is even more relevant while most of us are under quarantine due to the covid-19 pandemic. We know opinions on this range far and wide. Some don't see a difference between their irl friends and their online friends, some do. We'll get down to the nitty-gritty details of this while relating our own stories because we love telling them and we hope you enjoy listening to them.

On our very first episode of Coffee Talk, we decided to start with something familiar to us - streaming and more specifically, streaming on mixer. We gathered all our knowledge collected over the years from being on the platform and building our own following as well as being a viewer and put it all on this podcast. We even got advice from some of mixer's elites which are called mixer partners to share with you all. I did this episode before I became a mixer partner myself and I stand by my opinions and advice because clearly, it worked for me. My co-host MayorYoshi also brings his perspective as a streamer, a mod, and a huge mixer viewer. He is well known among many streamers on the platform as a knowledgeable source on streaming software and moderating. He's also just a very entertaining guy. Together, we chat with you over coffee about all things streaming.
