This is a great podcast. I got from zero to 5k in just over the 8 weeks. Great style with not to much talking but lots of time checks.

Fantastic app. Best app I've downloaded so far. Really motivating and encouraging without being too preachy. I'm just about to start week 5. I didn't think I could keep at it for this long. Strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to start running, you won't regret it.

5k101 - Great!

This is a fantastic podcast. I started it 8 weeks ago and have just run the first day of the final week - which means I ran for 30 minutes for the first time in my life.

It moves at a slow steady pace so that you can see an improvement from week to week without being pushed too hard - there are two optional additional weeks if you feel the need. I've also found the accompanying facebook site great for keeping me motivated.

My only criticism would be the music which I got a bit tired of after 8 weeks but I have heard that an app is being developed so that it will be possible to use your own music in the very near future.
