How to make Gains. Part 2 - Days per week training = Type of workout you should do for maximum gain.
Depending on how many days per week you can train - This is how i would recommend basing your workouts. By setting the number of days you can DEFINITELY train, you will be able to stay consistent. If you can train additional days; Count that as additional gains.
