Diet & Mental Health Decay #0007 Boise Nutritional Epiphanies

    • Health & Fitness

In this episode I speak towards the subtle decay of mental health from the slightest changes in diet. This is experienced by neuroinflammation via insufficient digestive capacity, as well as dysbiosis and intestinal infections that interrupt a proper immunological response to foods.

As we lose oral tolerance we will oftentimes find ourselves at odds against a variety of foods. Suddenly what was once healthy foods now have become inflammatory foods that lead to poor mental function.

I apologize for the audio quality, I will eventually figure this out. Just gotta move forward and get content out there.

Cheers,
