There is a place for inspirational quotes on life, but they can be a cheap remedy for deeper inner feelings of inadequacy which should not be ignored. It's great to feel good about yourself, but there are times where having a low self esteem, is actually an opportunity and a signal for you to start changing your life from the better. PODCAST EPISODE 1: Get Motivated, and Stay Motivated Just reading inspirational sayings is not enough.. There is a reason why I chose the name Do It. Its that everyone has the ability to enter the correct mindset where they are neither beating themselves up for having failed, nor stroking their egos out of narcisism.
