    Biohacking Perfectionism w/ Marinelle Reynolds

    Biohacking Perfectionism w/ Marinelle Reynolds

Where are my high-achievers at? We get things done, we run to challenges and put our all into our work. Being a go-getter is great for our practices and our clients. But do you feel like wanting the best is getting in the way of you starting your side hustle?
    You’re not alone.
My friend and Side Hustle Alumna, Marinelle Reynolds knows what it’s like to have perfectionism take hold of her progress as an entrepreneur.
There are two paths high-achievers take when wanting to start a business. They either want to take all the online courses in the world or they are too overwhelmed by fear to even begin to think about it.
That’s why Marinelle created a new path, a middle path. Through teaching DBT skills she’s helping women to stop hustling for their worth and let go of perfection.

Is Your Brand Ready for 2020?

Is Your Brand Ready for 2020?

Branding. It’s an awesome way to show potential customers what you’re about and how you serve. But how does a mix of wording, images, and values become a brand? How do you decide if you want a business brand or a personal brand? What questions do you need to ask yourself to create something authentic and exciting?
When you develop a strong brand and really portray who you are, how you help, and why you do the work you do sales will come in. That’s when you start to get the responses like “I felt like you were talking straight to me” or “I’ve been looking for someone who does exactly what you do”.

This episode I’m giving step by step advice on how you can build a brand that’s congruent and feels additive to your life. That you want to stick with and not something that’s going to burn out or worse burn you out.

Lessons and Plans Moving from 2019 to 2020

Lessons and Plans Moving from 2019 to 2020

This year has taught me that there is no such thing as business growth without personal growth.

If we try to grow our businesses in a bubble we’re going to be sorely disappointed. Ambition is a great thing.

But when we push forward without any sense of self-awareness, it’s like driving a car blind.

This episode we’re going to be talking about the lessons I learned in both business and life over 2019 and how I’m planning to integrate them going forward into 2020

What It’s Really Like to Add A Second Income Stream

What It’s Really Like to Add A Second Income Stream

The very first question I always get from therapists when I talk about adding on a second income stream is “how much time would that really take?”

Because to be honest, time is our most precious resource.
Lots of people think it’s money but that’s just not true, you can find ways to make more money, but you’ll never find ways to make more time.
What adding an online income stream can help you do is separate the two so the money you make is no longer tied to the time you spend.
But, you know, I'm always honest about the upsides AND the downsides of evolving beyond the couch. It definitely requires some extra time, effort, and energy to add on something new.
So, today I’m sharing strategies and thought points to consider when you’re adding on your second income stream.
If you know you want to approach online income from a thought out, intentional place that helps establish time routines that work for you, applications for Side Hustle are officially open! Click here to sign up
