Sleep is essential to our fat loss journey. In this episode I talk about in what ways sleep supports us in Boyd, mind and overall wellbeing. I also give you my 11 tips on how you can improve your sleep to help you see more results.

Inner Calm Drink: Click Here I love this drink. I have this every evening 30 mins before bed and I find it enables me to sleep soundly. It is also great for calming the mind. 

Top Tips

1. No caffeine past 4pm 2. No tech 30 mins before bed. Blue light from screens block hormones that aid us to sleep. 3. Have a regular bed time.4. Have a bed time routine. 5. Do something relaxing like take a bath. Read a book. Do your nails. 6. Write down a to do list for the next day and keep it by your bed so you can jot down anything you remember. This allows you to brain dump 7. Journal before bed. Any stress or worries or negative thoughts that are preventing you from switching off.8. Drink calm drink before bed. Ditch the alcohol.9. Meditate or try breath work to help calm the mind.10. No tech in the bedroom. Lights, digital alarm clocks, led buttons off. 11. Good temperature in your room.
