Allow us to introduce to you our first movement leader for this year’s Motivation Through Movement, “Embrace Your Power”. We are not short on energy as we welcome the founder/owner of CULTURE, Tina P back to the pod. 
Former collegiate athlete and nurse turned boxing and group fitness enthusiast, Tina P found her new passion after hanging up her basketball shoes and leaving her former career as a nurse. Tina's passion lies in empowering others to unleash their potential, both physically and mentally fostering a community bound by empowerment.  
Tina shares her wellness journey and what it means to creating her dream. She also gives us a little breakdown on “Boxing 101” in preparation for “EmpowHER Boxing” class she’ll be teaching at this year’s MTM. Expect lots of laughter, banter, and empowerment from this powerhouse of a Womeness!
