Ep 73: How to Make Your Bedroom Into A Truly Healing Space Happy Healthy Mom

We should all be able to come to our bedroom to destress, relax, feel safe, and sleep well.
The tips I’m giving you today to make this happen don’t have much to do with decor.

If you've been on my site before, you know I like to think outside the box and I'm mgonna come at this from the angle of reducing the toxins in your bedroom.

Our bodies are built to only be stressed when something is life or death, to be relaxed most of the time and to get great sleep every night.

BUT the toxins we’re exposing ourselves to day after day negatively impact those things. Most of us have A LOT of toxins in our bedrooms, where we’re (hopefully) spending 7-9 hours of our day.

Here are some ideas that you can start to use today to create that amazing relaxing space in your bedroom.
