Ted Wachsmuth is the Executive Chef at Portland Rescue Mission, a Nutrition Coach, a Personal Trainer, a Triathlete, a Marathon Runner as well as my Older Brother.  He has inspired me to give generously, feel deeply and live strong.  In this podcast, we discuss how important community is for our health.  Ted gives us an overview of the Portland Rescue Mission, and about his journey that led him there.  He tells us how social support has helped him reach his health goals, as well as how he helps men go from homelessness to running a ½ marathon.  He gives 5 Nutritional Guidelines to improve health and lose weight, as well as motivational tips to move you toward health.
