Depression and Anxiety.

This has always been a topic which people have ignored and don't talk about.

Today we introduce our two new host Zainab Farooq and Varsh Viswanathan. Both are students of journalism and very lively, energetic individuals.

In this podcast Zainab starts with reciting a poem on the topic and how one can feel if going through depression and anxiety. Further, both individuals inform about the topic and Varsha provide some statics on the topic.

Also both individuals interviewed, three guest speakers , two students who shared there experiences of how hard it has been and there journey on how they were able to cope up with it.

Also a psychology professor Mrs. Sonakish, from amity university, who informs us about how we neglect this issue and how taboo we have made it.
