Denise shared how she started her "drinking career"
Her drinking habit changed when she was getting through her divorce.
"When I wake up in the morning I feel so much clearer and brighter...And if I'm honest I didn't have that fear because I started to get fear of going out with my friends because I know they want me to have a drink. And I know that drink would cause me pain." - Denise
Tapping into what your values are is a really first good step to change.
Denise focuses on the negative aspects of alcohol to help her abstain.
"Booze Break is having a break and not necessarily about stopping or abstaining." - Dan
Denise talks about NLP coaching. She helps people find the WHY and help them to think differently and how to break the habit.
