We all need a little push!

A saying from Martin Luther King, if you can’t fly then run. If you can’t run then walk. If you can’t walk then crawl but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.

We always Regret something we could have done earlier.

The reason why we didn’t get started.

Is it because we are lack motivation? Is it because we don’t have the resource or ability to start?

Or just simply because we didn’t click the start button.

When we get used to the comfort zone, We are always afraid of making changes. We remain in our little world however the outside world has become different.

We may know how we want to become or what we want to get. However, we will never be able to achieve our goal if we don’t even try to start.

All we need is a little push!

Sometimes push comes from a negative source. for example, after being bullied by peers, a fat kid will work out to lose weight. It is always feel good to stay In your comfort zone. It is painful to make changes but the pain of not being able to make progress to reach our goal is even worse.

Without the little push, you’ll always be satisfied with your current situation and you may never try to make changes and get everything better.

We should always appreciate those people who give us a push no matter is from a positive source or a negative one
