Hey guys! This is my first ever podcast, and today i wanted to introduce and explain a topic very dear to me: highly sensitive people. These people process events and experiences in a different, deeper manner than the majority. There is a lot of stigma around being sensitive, so I wanted to just introduce it, label some symptoms, and encourage you guys!
