Our Wedding - The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly

Our Wedding - The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly

Frequent Criers.... you asked for it. With everything being said, our wedding was truly magical. I look back on that day remembering how happy I was, how free of anxiety I felt (thanks to the five glasses of wine and champagne I had), and how in love I felt.

Even looking back on everything that didn't go as planned, I am still so happy to have experienced it all. It taught me so much about letting go of control, and truly enjoying the moment. I wouldn't change a thing.

Just kidding. I would change a lot of things - but that's life. :)

    See ya later!

    My Biggest Fear Came True...

    My Biggest Fear Came True...

    Hi Frequent Criers!

I’m sorry it’s been so long. Some things came up & truly just didn’t feel like it was a great time to be pushing out content for you all. Today’s episode we’ll chat where I’ve been, some bad habits of mine that keep me away from doing the things I love (yay anxiety!) and of course the very scary dog attack that Alfie and I experienced a few weeks back.

Arthur will be on the podcast next week, and we’ll be answering all of your questions on our relationship, how we navigate OCD and support each other, and of course, the wedding! Shoot us any questions to the official Frequent Crier Club podcast instagram @frequentcrierclubpodcast! Ask away!

    Talk soon!

    xo

"And I Only Cried for 20 Minutes..."

"And I Only Cried for 20 Minutes..."

    Hey Frequent Criers!

Today has been a rough week, but also an incredible one. This week has taught me so much about myself, my worth, my potential, and truly just how good it feels to be your own advocate. I've never been happier, and I mean that.

Here's to new opportunities, and learning to love ourselves a little more.

    See you next week!

Relationship Myths That Need to GO

Relationship Myths That Need to GO

    Hey all you frequent criers!

I apologize for the week vacay but HEY we’re back aren’t we??

This week’s episode was hard to record - I’m not going to lie. I’ve been feeling anxious and a bit down in the dumps, and wanted to express some of the relationship myths that really grind my gears. It took me years - literal years - to unlearn these things. While these are all my opinions, the point of this is to not tell you what your relationship should look like. The point is to let you know that no one can tell you what your relationship should look like! Not me, not anyone on tv, or your therapist. Your relationship will always be unique to you and your partner. What works for others might be detrimental to you - and vice versa.

Next time you’re filling your relationship with “shoulds” be sure to take a step back. Should you really feel this way? Is someone else deciding this for you? Let your inner voice speak up in this! It’s your relationship, and if it’s healthy, who’s to say you don’t have a choice?

    I love ya’ll. Thanks for listening. :)
