    This week is a solo episode where I talk about knowing what you know and being confident in the facts you have. Also I talk about the terrible trend on social media to discuss topics one is NOT familiar in; while discussing the knowledge i've learned over the many years i've spent in the sports, health and wellness industry helping teammates, clients and family. As I begin to start my senior year of college i'm in a constant period of transition; it is ok to feel overwhelmed, anxious and pressured but remember to take a breath, crack open a cold one or spark a fatty because patients is key.
