3: Meditation for Beginners & Breathing Techniques & App Recommendations

Hey hey people of the world!

Thanks for tuning in to Episode 3 of Grounded Radio all about meditation with me, your host, Eleanor.

I've been meditating since I was 10. It's something I'm really into! And you can be too...

I recommend some different ways you can introduce yourself to meditation. Even if you're not a beginner, this episode will benefit you because I discuss different meditation apps, free and paid, that you can try out to spice up your practice!

I later discuss two of my favourite breathing techniques as well as my own experience with meditation recently (visualisation has REALLY been working for me).

Lastly I mention Dr Joe Dispenza's book called Becoming Supernatural. It's errrrr... LIFE CHANGING!

Sending you lots of love and many peaceful meditation practices!

See you next week for Episode 4.
