Self parenting is all about giving yourself the unconditional love, guidance and boundaries that a good parent would. 
    In episode three we're talking about how to handle life's problems without your parents, whether they're in another county, another country, aren't around or are simply a bit shit. Episode three is about being an independent self-sufficient lady/man (and how sometimes that can actually mean relying on other people).
