    Melissa is the founder of “I am holding Space”. She is a writer, reiki specialist, personal trainer.

    We talk about her personal experience in realising how is important to be aware and part of our own spiritual side.

    she share about her experience staying in Thailand during the pandemic and how coming back home to Canada and taking part in an inspiring plant medicine retreat change her vision of her life.

    In that experience she had all the questions answered and from that started the journey of building up “I am Holding Space”.

    She talks about the idea behind her project and how everything is developing.

    We share highlights about both dance practices and how these helped up to see more clarity in life.

    We talk about writing and poems and how that helped us to heal and how it can be powerful, creating art to letting go of many heavy aspects of our life.

    Melissa shares also about her bracelet collection, her art, and about her lovely poetry book that will be out really soon.

    Ross works as a Hospice Chaplain but he is a Psycho spiritual specialist, a Psychedelic EOL advisor, End of life Doula, owner of Detachment and also the person behind Bardonetwork.

    We talk about the end-of-life journey, how he started to work as a hospice chaplain. How his personal experience with death made him change the vision of life and the importance of living now.

    Ross shares many highlights of how to deal with the idea of death but also the importance of give the right EOL to anyone no matter if the family comes from a place of wealth or a place of disadvantages.

    We talk about the idea of death in many cultures and how religion can really mess up the idea of choice, birth, and death.

    He explains beautifully the idea of blaming with really inspiring examples of how we keep being attached to the control of our life.

    Rossa shares also about his brand called Detached and the website he created to give people the knowledge of healthcare equality.

    In this episode my guest is the incredible Marc Bestgen.

    Marc is the owner of "Chronic Happiness" practice and he is a certified in NLP, is a Master Coach in Positive Psychology (the Science of Happiness), is a Certified coach in Mindfulness , Creativity, Meditation Teacher as well as Corporate Business Coach.

    We talk about his 25 years dedicated twenty five years in humanitarian actions mainly operating in Asia and Africa in contexts of wars, tsunamis, cholera camps and post-conflicts.

    He shared all the insight of that beautiful moments when he changed his vision about life and the world around him.

    In this episode we talk also about his accident that left him with a terrible chronic pain and how today he changed the view of that pain in something that help him but also the clients he works with.

    We talk about his program "Chronic happiness" and how he guides and helps people to understand the importance of being aware of themselves through a 8 weeks program that gives a powerful insight about self acceptance.
