excellent podcast

This is a very enjoyable and enriching podcast.

It references plenty of scientific and medical research but it is always accessible to the layman and presented in a nice clear way, often with a dash of healthy humour. It is kept fresh with Q & A sessions and good interviews.

It must be said that this podcast will only be enjoyed by people who have an open mind on fitness and nutrition or are favourable to the lo carb lifestyle.

I give it 5 doughnuts out of 5 !!!!
