You may agree or disagree with that that it's all about the mindset, but in my experience, there's an awful lot of truth in it. When people come to me for support in their business, they usually ask for three things. They want strategy, they want a step by step plan and as bit of an afterthought of the third thing they go, "Oh and the confidence to do it. I'd love that too." It's the confidence piece that is incredibly important. It's not hard to get a strategy, to get a roadmap, to get the step by step plan, but if you don't have the mindset to carry it out, then it just doesn't happen.
