My (Un)sexy Training Strategy for Rebuilding Strength and Stamina (at 10 months Postpartum)

My (Un)sexy Training Strategy for Rebuilding Strength and Stamina (at 10 months Postpartum)

Imagine this with me. You’re sitting on the couch in your stretchy pants and oversized t-shirt, feeling exhausted from the midnight (and 1am, and 3am…) feedings, wondering if you’re going to feel like this forever.

The last thing you want to think about is mustering up the energy to workout, or even think about working out for that matter. But you know you want to build your strength back eventually...

So you scroll on Instagram or TikTok, trying to find the inspiration to move your body in a safe and healthy way.

BUT all you find are posts claiming to get your pre-pregnancy body back “in just 6 weeks!” alongside photoshopped women with “perfectly” flat tummies and six-pack abs.

    Encouraging, isn’t it? 😬

Mama, just know you are not alone in the fight with society’s postpartum body standards.

Which is why in today’s episode, I’m excited to share with you my top tips (from the dark depths of my own personal experience) to rebuild your strength and endurance while honoring your body and the Lord.
