It is tough to navigate this wild time as a creative person trying to survive (mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially) during a pandemic, anti-racism uprising, climate crisis, and more. It is especially difficult if you have internalized the characteristics of white supremacy culture -- like perfectionism. In this episode, Claire discusses her thoughts around perfectionism in the time of Covid-19 + breaking up with social media.
