Gino Gualtieri of Central Die Supplies and Austin Murray of Stafford Cutting Dies discuss with Mark Batson Baril of Resologics. Mark’s professional career started off in the family diecutting business, so he got an early start dealing with various types of challenges and opportunities in our industry. He joined and became an important part of the IADD’s progression, notably, but among many other things, creating the TechTeam concept which has been an integral service offered by the IADD ever since. Currently, Mark has taken a turn into mediation and “ombudsing,” the interesting areas of helping people and companies, deal with or avoid conflict.
