Known as the “Man of Many Talents”, Kevin Hood began his Real Estate journey 10 years ago in Oshawa, Ontario. After the success of his Oshawa investment, Kevin subsequently purchased several properties in Toronto and the surrounding GTA area, ranging from pre-construction to multi-family homes.   With his experience and vast knowledge of the Real Estate market, Kevin ventured into the US to continue building his portfolio, purchasing 8 US properties in 2019 alone!
