Coming from 3 guys who breath, eat and sleep weight training, this podcast provides great information, backed up by science and years of practical experience, on various topics like nutrition, training and life advice in general. It educates, motivates and entertains. Anybody who is passionate about strength training needs to subscribe. And unbelievably, its free!
