Irrational Thoughts
Through my writings I examine myself and find some answers. I will show my disability actually an asset my intelligence and understanding of structures beyond most. The creative mind never stopping the inner dialog with my thought abstract and reaching out for connections. To find answers is a literal loss of my focus on life as I am consumed. My empathetic base trying to help others. I would rather be lost in thought trying to help others so this may be short lived but I will try to make it count for I need to get back to life.

Behind Blue Eyes: A mix of philosophy and psychology from a highly adhd mind. An emotional intelligence that is rooted in an empathetic childhood. I only want to help a dreamer I am. In this episode I examine my own life issues through my writings. I can understand myself better through this process and it is helpful. With my adhd I can loose focus and squirrel off on anything. So it helps to journal my thoughts. I was able to understand that my creative mind can lie and manipulate and that I have witheld things from others. I have been able to release my inner judgement and be accountable for what drags me down is only in my head so I use my mind to understand. I work with structures and break them down to there foundation. From this I can rebuild the reality.
