Thought-Provoking, Punchy and Powerful

If you're looking for a way to get into podcasts I'd say definitely start with this one! I'm not a podcast person but I was hooked after listening to season 1. The episodes are laid out so well with a self check-in, a thoughtful story, a reflection and ideas on how to apply the knowledge in your life. Application of knowledge is power as Jay says! They're ideal because they give you just the right amount of information to reflect upon so you don't feel overwhelmed and are perfect as prompts for journalling. I'd definitely recommend getting out your journal, getting a nice cup of coffee and reflecting deeply on the theme of each episode and the questions that arise from each one. You'll be so proud of yourself for that small accomplishment and learn so much about yourself too. Season 2 is a fantastic sequel to introduce you to longer podcasts and meet some amazing people with unbelievable stories about their own personal struggles. Jay is a powerful interviewer really getting to the core beliefs of these people and highlighting how they applied their own knowledge to make a change in their lives. His personal interviewing style makes you feel like you're part of the conversation and leaves you motivated to take action in your own life. A great podcast overall and something you'll find you revisit again and again!

I’m a bit behind with the new season podcasts, so have just listened to the interview with Pat Divilly - it was excellent and really spoke to how I’m feeling at the moment - or rather was before I listened! I have lots of notes to take action on - as I generally do when I listened to Jason in Season one. Really love the podcasts Jason, keep up the good work!
