So as promised, I'm here to take to you guys about the journey of my weight loss. I'm nowhere near the finish line but this is my beginning! I want to encourage you guys to just start the process in whatever you are trying to achieve. Whether it's losing weight, obtaining your degree, pushing for that promotion, etc. Make changes and preparation for these new endeavors/ goals and also make sure to prepare your mindset for when you do begin to see everything come full circle. I am so happy about this weight loss and I'm even more excited about the lifestyle changes I have made and look forward to continuing. Please join me as I map out some of my struggles, hardships, encouragement, and self-will to push me to this point.
