Fantastic podcast!!

I'd give The Industrial Strength Show 6 friggin' stars if I could! Joe & the guys knock it out of the park week after week with some great ideas, insights & research to help trainers like myself constantly improve and stay ahead of the curve. On top of that, his interviews are always awesome too. I've learned a lot from the show and look forward to it every week - it keeps me on my toes and motivates me to become a better coach. An absolute mind changer.

For me, there is three elements that make a great podcast. Presentation, information and variety.

Presentation: Joe is brillant. Takes to the mic like a true professional. I feel like he is in the car beside me, having a casual yet gripping chat about fitness. His personality and emotions arise through his explanations and comments. His guests are always calm and relaxed and speak true to themselves, thus releasing stories and comments that may not have been told with another presenter.

Information: Im a beginner PT and S&C. I cannot value this podcast enough. Genuinely, this podcast has been of more value than my college lectures! His information is wholesome and understandable and most certainly an added advantage to my approach on different clients and goals.

Variety: Strength, Weight loss, bodybuilding, athlete psychology. You name it , just has done a show on it. Yes, he has a podcast on Yoga too? Not because of “diversity” and “having to give them a mention because its only fair”, he believes in it! Every show brings another variable to the table, increasing and improving the listeners knowledge.

On a personal note to Joe: I remember you were asked a question “when did it all click for you?”.
You proceeded to talk about Westside Barbell and Louis Simmons and your “EUREKA” moment.
Joe, you have given me that Eureka moment, more times than one. Ive pulled in my car in moments of realisation out of safety for other drivers! Thank you so much and i hope to improve and be committed to my clients as much as you are.

Thanks Coach!
