Episode 3 Pedal Java | Joe on the Go Podcast

In this episode of the Joe on the Go Podcast, I sit down with Ashley and Andrew Mrozkowski of Pedal Java to discuss their start up and challenges of their coffee cart company.

Andrew had the idea of starting Pedal Java while working his web development corporate job. He was making good money but unhappy Andrew decided to give it a go. Within two months of starting his company, he made the switch from side hustle to full time operation. By the end of his first year, his wife was along side him pursuing their love for coffee.

Join me as we journey into this conversation of passion, pivots, pain points, publicity and purpose.

    About Vince:

As far as myself, there's not much to say. I'm in my thirties, married to the woman of my dreams with two awesome daughters. I'm a purple heart veteran, serving with the 1st Armored Division, 16th Engineer Battalion as a combat engineer. I used my GI Bill to get my degree in Emergency Medicine where I worked as a paramedic in Albuquerque for roughly 7 years. Seeking change, I became the Operations Director for a local supplement company. After years of 60-70 hour work weeks, I bought the trailer and started building the coffee truck during the weekends. In September, I made the jump and opened the Green Joe Coffee Truck. My life hasn't been the same since...
