I stumbled upon this pod a few weeks ago I use to listen to music on my walks with my dog and one night I decided to listen to a podcast and yours was the first I can officially confirm I am addicted I look forward to it every week and sometimes I play back just to keep me going 😊 thank you so much for giving your time to create this content the breathing one especially was so interesting who knew there was so many different ways to breathe that can effect you 😊 thank you guys so much
