There is an outcry in the Black community and no one is talking about the extreme lack of integrity that is being displayed amongst the people. Even amongst high ranking officials in Professional arena's. The "plantation mentality" that has taken root and been festering amongst the people has created a mob mentality thanks to the Black GateKeepers who are leading this behavior and it needs to be put to bed, let's have coffee and chat about it.

I'm not sure it ever left, with that being said, it is destroying and already broken village. Where are the standards our ancestors set for us to follow?There is a need for change in the black community and "CONVERSATIONS" are the beginning of change. WILL YOU PERCEIVE IT?
