How do you show up when the pain reigns 🤔 How do you conquer your day when the #FREQUENCY is low 🤨
This is the first time in 4 years... I am able to witness the change in the Frequency shift 😁 while being aware of what is going on... THROUGH the chaos, confusion & chaos still being able to overcome #OneDayAtATime Understanding how is step 1... Applying the knowledge of what you understand is a daily process #NoDoubt yet this is how it help me to cultivate my sense of humor 😁 through the Storm...
