Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to develop successful coaches and impactful leaders. Hunt is a member of the Australian Basketball Hall of Fame (as a coach) and and a recipient of the United States National Association of Basketball Coaches’ International Lifetime Achievement Award. Hunt received a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies from the University of Canberra.
