Some ways to over come opinions.
This episode is about four basic ways we can deal with opinions that comes to us, always remember, that every individual is entitled to their opinions, you may not like them but you can't do away with them, we live in a society where everyone can say what the think, like and feel. Since we can't stop them, w can over come them by doing some this things mentioned in the podcast. It doesn't mean this four points are all there is, no there are more but i think in a journey we need to start from somewhere.
