    The Answer Always Rests Within

    The Answer Always Rests Within

    Self-healing occurs in 2 steps
Step 1 is raising one’s consciousness to notice where  we're losing valuable life energy that can stem from emotions such as: loneliness, anxiety, fear, and hopelessness. These energy losses often lead   eating or sleeping more or less,  than usual,   trouble focusing (brain fog), feeling edgy or nervous,  arguing with others, lacking motivation, unable to stop racing thoughts and withdrawing from others.
    *  Curiosity Remain curious of the causes of past wounds..
    * Seek the Why before the how
Step 2 is teaching healthy ways to adapt and cope with energy losses, while taking the necessary steps to renew their life energy and feel more in control.
