    The above quote holds very true for Money that we earn/ receive. Money is an energy, and the energy when comes in contact with the right emotional positivity can create the magic of money in your life.

    We often fear money, we create worry around it, jealousy, generally when we make payments we have a fear of future, when we have less money/ income, we create an emotion of worry. Some people I know even dislike having lots of money as they believe it will make them too materialistic.

    Rather we must feel positive about money to bring more money. When we pay bills and debts we must write thank you on the invoice. We must thanks the source for giving us the money to pay such bills.
    Feel gratitude for all the money we have used during the past to make a comfortable living what we have today.

    Also Gratitude can be a tool to attract more money and wealth into your life, make your financial vision board which mentions all what you dream about the kind of wealth you would like in your life. Put down your financial goals for the next 5 years and thank each dream as though you have already received it, feel it like you will feel after receiving that money and be immensely thanks dil for it. Remember the key here is to feel Gratitude for that money in your life.
    An abundance of gratitude for money equals an abundance of Money in our life.

    Follow these 5 simple steps to start Your Daily Gratitude Habit!

    How to get started with Gratitude:

    The best way to experience the Magic of Gratitude is to actually do it.
    Hi this is Aditi Agrawal from Life with Aditi and you are listening to Episode 4 of my Gratitude series.

    Universe rewards action. Today I will help you step by step how to get started and also will share how I start my day with Gratitude.

    Step 1
    Have a lovely 200 page diary or a book. Remember fresh beginnings require fresh pages. Keep a dedicated book and give a date and number whenever you write gratitude.

    Step 2
    Ideally, Gratitude should be the first thought of the morning, not even second but just the very first thought so if you can write it in the first 15 mins as soon as you get up it will re wire your brain for a positive emotional vibration as our brain is still transiting from our subconscious for the first 20 minutes. Some people prefer to do it post their workout, where the serotonin levels are high and you feel good about doing such positive things. Even that’s absolutely fine, as long as you do it.

    Step 3.
    Assign a task with it which has been your long lived habit till now. I usually prefer to write my gratitude with my morning hot water..while slowly taking each sip I start feeling gratitude for the wonderful new day that I am getting to view before my very eyes. Also I have a melody of lord Krishna that I play in the background. I do it because if I m feeling sluggish or even slightest negative to do it..I first play the music and now my brain is trained that when I play this music, I have to write my gratitudes so subconsciously I am centered to write my diary.

    Step 4.
    Start with sentence- I am grateful for or in deep gratitude for...and finish your sentence. Your main topics could be for this day to be alive, for health, for nature’s beauty, someone who made you smile the day before or did some act of kindness. Remember it is important to actually write it down in your own handwriting.

    Step5:
    Consistency is the key and not perfection. This magic will work only and only if it’s a daily habit

    So if you want to change your current life and want more abundance, gratitude is the key.

    Several years ago, Oprah started a gratitude journal and everyday began writing down 5 things she was grateful for. From fresh flowers to the kindness of a stranger, Oprah says acknowledging these things made her more receptive to the goodness in her life. But only just saying yes I am grateful is not enough, you must write them down.She believes keeping this journal was the single most important
    thing she’s ever done.
    Rhonda Byrne says in her book..Until I didn’t know what being grateful was, I thought I am a grateful person, because I say thank you when someone brings me a gift, or when a person does a favour for me. Later when I realised that just saying the words thank you on such random occassions certainly is not what you call being a grateful person.

    Only when I realised gratitude actually meant much more in depth, then my life changed a 360 degree. She believes Practicing Gratitudes daily can solve any problem of your life.

    Albert Einstein discovered in his theory of happiness that being thankful to the unknown hero’s who made you a hero is the only way to feel your success. He states that A calm and modest life brings more happiness than constant pursuit of relentless Success.
    Successful people have a sense of gratitude all the time. This is their secret mantra to be an achiever, and attract their goals.
    I have researched enough and found that all the people whom we think have highly achieved a lot in life, have made Gratitude a part of their lives. A simple habit but has great benifits. So just grab a diary and a pen and start writing! Until next time Stay tuned!

    Why is Gratitude so important.
    Why we must start our day with Gratitude

    Hi..I am Aditi Agrawal from Life with Aditi and you are listening to Episode 2 of Gratitude Season.

    Let us first understand the science behind our emotions. Every emotion has an energy, a vibration, each emotion vibrates on a different scale. There are low scale emotions like anger, fear, anxiety, worry, depression vs high scale emotions like freedom, peace, love, joy, appreciation etc.
    It is proven by law that to attract your dreams, wishes and desires we must be in high vibrational frequency all the time.
    Gratitude is at the 2nd highest on the scale of vibrations. Practicing Gratitude daily will attract success to us more easily since we will be in the right emotional vibration all the time.
    When we appreciate anything our mind constantly look for the good in that moment and we are so busy counting our blessings that anger, frustration and worry is away from our thoughts at that time.
    Isn’t is true??
    We must start a practice of writing our blessings as the first thing in the morning it will set the tone for our day when we realise how blessed we are and it will get us in the right emotional vibration which will attract a successful day.
    Isn’t that amazing??
