Hi, I’m Tess Prince - founder of LOVE FOOD IBIZA.
As an increasingly conscious food community here on the island and with the world so focussed on wellness and ecology, in this show, we want to get into the roots of the organic farm to table movement, but also to show you how you can find the best local, seasonal and high vibrational foods that are so abundant in ibiza.
The produce here has evolved so much in the last few years and through the passionate producers and those committed to preserving the island, we want to provide a colourful ride through our seas, over land but also in my sunny out door kitchen to give you some inspiration to create your own delicious taste of ibiza in a conscious and creative way.

On our very first episode, founder of Love Food Ibiza, Tess Prince, takes us up into the ghetto of Dalt Vila in Sa Penya to the Ibiza Food Studio to meet one of the island's best known restaurant owners, Boris Buono at Taller De Tapas.
Through his tasting menu, Tess uncovers some of his inspirations for the incredible menu he has created this summer while the acoustic sounds of Justin Manville of World Unplugged, whet our appetite for the season ahead on the island's music scene.
