The weird world of Walk in's | These people say they've lived before and you might have too!

The weird world of Walk in's | These people say they've lived before and you might have too!

For most people it’s generally believed that your soul leaves your body when you die and that if you believe in reincarnation, that’s the point when a new life may begin.
But what if one night you went to sleep and woke up the next day in the same body but with an entirely new soul, a new personality and even a new name, leaving the old you behind and picked up where you’d left off in your old life, but with a new person inhabiting your meat suit!
Sounds absurd doesn’t it but this strange phenomena happens to more people than you’d think and can apparently happen at any time, to anyone, you may already be a walk-in and not realise!
Today on Macabre Mini Mysteries, we take a look at the fascinating world of walk In’s.

Mad Cat Man or Purrfectly Sane Artist | The Strange World of Louis Wain

    https://youtu.be/AqfEzXini9o
Louis Wain was one of the most popular artists of the Edwardian era.
If you headed back in time and found yourself in an Edwardian drawing room, you’d more than likely be drawn to a print upon the wall.
These prints which adorned many abodes were regarded for their whimsical portrayal of cats but behind the frivolous playful kittens hid a dark secret.
Today on Macabre London, we uncover the story of Louis Wain, the mad cat man.

Agatha Christie - The Worlds Greatest Disappearance | How to Disappear Completely

Agatha Christie - The Worlds Greatest Disappearance | How to Disappear Completely

If anyone was going to plan the worlds most mysterious disappearance, it was definitely Agatha Christie!
On the 4th of December 1926, a 36 year old woman tucked her daughter into bed, grabbed an attache case containing her personal documents, some clothing and some cash and got into her car driving off into the night.
The next day the Morris Cowley car belonging to the woman, was seen perilously hanging over the edge of a cliff but it’s driver was nowhere to be found.
Furthermore, the documents and clothing had been left behind and the lights on the car were left on.
The next few days saw an almighty search for the woman in which over 500 police were called into search for a body but nothing was discovered.
The mystery was made all the more intriguing in that this wasn’t just a search for any regular person but for a well renowned author, one who wasn’t a stranger to mysteries.
So grab your magnifying glass and your luxurious moustache and join me as I delve into another macabre mini mystery and go on the hunt for Agatha Christie.
    Thanks so much for watching!

Sarah Everard was kidnapped by policeman Wayne Couzens who falsely arrested her. She was raped, murdered and her body was burned by him. He has been given a life sentence.

It's not just the high profile cases like Sabina's or Sarah's but 1000's of women face violence every single day at the hands of men they know and men they don't.
The only way to end these senseless acts of violence is to educate boys and men. Women are not objects and not something to be abused.
All money made from the episode will be going to www.whiteribbon.org a charity which provides education to men and boys in the hope of eradicating male violence, your donations will be welcomed by them.
    Men: Do better.

Old Ladies Don't Deserve Justice? | The Murder of Emily Armstrong

Old Ladies Don't Deserve Justice? | The Murder of Emily Armstrong

The murder of Emily Armstrong was in danger of being lost as a story. Historical true crime is such a good learning tool for attitudes of the past and today, we learn about not one, not two but THREE unsolved murders in the same area of London which may have just had a little to do with each other, particularly when it came to how the victims were treated.
This poses the question, if you're old and you're killed, does it matter? Spoiler alert, I think IT REALLY DOES, but the police back in the 1940's may not have had the same view.
The same thing goes, if you have no family, does your death warrant the police seeking justice on your behalf or is it easier for them to get on with other cases that they feel are more worth while. It's an interesting argument.
Old true crime stories like this are so easily overlooked but I feel they are worth covering. Left out of your average true crime documentary or true crime podcast and hardly, if ever covered by true crime youtubers, it's important to bring some of these tales up from the depths so those that suffered, still have their names spoken.
If you want to hear more stories like this, please consider signing up to my Patreon where I release an extra episode every month!
