The Importance of Good Breath: Mental Health Awareness Week

So it’s mental health awareness week and Tara has been improving her own mental fitness with some form of daily breathwork practice movement. This kind of habit stacking, along with her yoga is bringing in different tools to her wellbeing practice each day and it’s a conversation she wants to share to help you!

In this episode, you learn not only the importance of good quality breath but it means when you start each morning with breath and that helps with managing to come back to wellbeing practice throughout the day.

In terms of creating mental fitness, this is your tool kit — so that you can create special moments for yourself to just align. From there, you can start to work on improving the way your mind works and your quality of wellbeing by using breath, of course!

FUN FACT: We humans get 70% of our energy from breath!

A Guide to Self-Love: How to Practice it!

A Guide to Self-Love: How to Practice it!

It’s never too late to start working on one’s own relationship to self, and to nurture the love we feel for ourselves — so here’s some guidance as to how you can start practicing self-love today, interwoven with some wisdom from my own personal journey.
The tiktoker referenced was @taliemiller (I absolutely love showing my mind some love by engaging with her deep, philosophical, intellectual content) — and also the mantra I sung in my bath ceremony was this https://open.spotify.com/track/6DIgQbaIXZXERniKYNrT1D?si=r8TQmCNrSiqStr4U3Pr3zw. The Shri Ram mantra is a supreme manifestation of the divine ideal AKA it enhances esteem and mental energy. It raises consciousness and helps one build a deeper connection to divine truths (that being you are love, loved and light) and blessings. Hope this helps xx
