In the work field happiness comes from –

My purpose is to provide an atmosphere where functioning is smooth. I try to help people fulfil their desire to be the best by providing means and methods to accomplish the best. I try to get information about what people around us are doing and try to share it with everyone in my organization. I try to provide milestones. My purpose is to show confidence in the team by appreciating and supporting them. My purpose is to make leaders who are able to build happy and progressive atmosphere.
My purpose is to be happy. In an organization every person is happy only when the organization is performing and growing.
