Vocalizing the concept of Being, Doing and Having, such as being nurturing, to do nurturing acts and finding the ability to recognize when nurturing environments are available to have. This is one example a personal accountability journal, named "The Pineapple Crew Hours", inspiring accountability of oneself by choosing, rather than declaring rigidly, "Who to be" . On this workbook entry, I committed to being nurturing.
