How To Build Trust with Yourself

I created this episode to help people understand why they don't take action on the things they say are important to them! It's not because you're lazy or don't have any motivation. It's simply because you don't keep the promises that you make to yourself which causes a lack of trust internally. If you are consistent and persistent in executing on plans, idea and activities that hold significant importance to you then you will have less internal friction when the time comes to execute. It just becomes a part of who you are.
